Our resources
		Lagniel is vertically integrated, possessing all the assets required to handle machine projects from conception through start-up.  In addition, we have after-sales support staffs to satisfy our worldwide customer , assuring a prompt and attentive service.
		We have three main departments:  Engineering, Machining, and Assembly & Debugging.  Our Engineering group designs with Pro-E CAD software and SCHEMA electrical engineering software.  Our Machining department features a series of conventional and numerically controlled machines, as well as a precision grinding room capable of holding tolerances of +/- 2 microns. Our Assembly & Debugging department includes spacious assembly areas in France. Our technical personnel have an average age of 38 and an average length of service of 10 years.  Most are cross-trained, meaning that designers can be shifted from Engineering to Machining or Assembly depending on changes in work loads.
		We have invested heavily in information technology and are proficient in its usage. We have 21  workstations in our Engineering department, with a full-time system administrator charged with keeping the software updated and our designers trained.   We allocate resources, schedule procurement, and track and manage project costs by virtue of the Galei system.  Project management and scheduling are handled with MS Project.  We have a company-wide LAN and provide internet access across our workforce.
