| Our primary activity is the design and construction of ultra-high-speed assembly and test machines, exploiting the technology of continuous motion to achieve machine rates from 150 to 1000 + parts per minute. These fully automated machines are suited for products whose annual volumes range from tens to hundreds of millions. Examples include disposable consumer products (lotion dispensers, perfume spray actuators, trigger sprayers, etc.), medical devices (syringes, IV components, etc.), and other high-volume products for industries ranging from caps and closures to irrigation products. | ||||
| For applications requiring more modest machine rates, we build indexing machines. We are particularly adept at challenging assemblies; for example, those having delicate or hard-to-feed components or those that require complex or precision operations. | ||||
